Why is Arugula good for you?

Arugula is high in nutrients. In fact, it's on the top 10 of high nutrients per calorie for vegetables. It's high in Vitamin A, which is great for the skin, highly alkaline, helps cleanse, and is also a good source of vitamins C and K, iron, calcium, and fiber.

What is Kombucha?

Kombucha is made from a living organism, called a scobie. It gets brewed with a litre of tea and 1 Cup of sugar. The scobie actually absorbs the sugar, leaving only tasty health benefits behind!  Kombucha has been known to increase the immune system, aid in digestion, weight loss, sleep, cancer & hair loss prevention, and increased liver function. Depening on the brand, it can be a bit fizzy like pop, and acidic in taste. There are several different flavours and brands to try, so don't give up if you don't like it right away!

My favourite is Hibiscus Rose!
