Homemade Granola Breakfast (sugar-free!)

adapted from Sara Wilson's I Quit Sugar "Coco-nutty Granola"

 

4 Cups unsweetnened coconut flakes

2 Cups chopped almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts

1 tsp ground cinnamon

6 Tbsp Coconut Oil

3 Tbsp Brown Rice Syrup

1 Cup Almond Milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 250
  2. Spray with baking sheet with coconut oil
  3. Combine all ingredients, spread evenly on the baking tray
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden (turn halfway through)
  5. Cool
  6. Pour almond milk over top of 3/4 Cup granola
  7. Enjoy!
