For about a month now he has started recognizing my face or my voice when I come to him. Seeing his face light up and that adorable little smile just melts my heart! He's responding to so much more now which is incredible to see!
I think the thing that has surprised me the most is that waking up in the middle of the night to feed is one of my favorite times. It's just that special time where it's just the two of us and we cuddle, talk, pray, and play music. It's something that I don't want to take for granted because I know all too soon that phase will come to an end!
