2. Protein Power Balls (so simple! Roll 1 Cup peanut or almond butter, and whatever you have in your pantry! Chia seeds, hemp seeds, ground flax, a few tablespoons of cacao powder and protein powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup - and for an extra special treat melt dark chocolate chips, dip and freeze them!)
3. Dried Fruit (with no added sugar)
4. Toasted coconut flakes
5. Veggies & hummus
6. Vega snack bars (usually available at Costco!)
7. Handful of nuts
8. Apple chips
9. Kale chips
10. Flax crackers
11. Lentil noodles with pasta sauce (these noodles are outta this world. Same great texture as "normal" pasta but it's 100% lentils!)
13. Bowl of frozen Fruit
